Qigong State of Mind
I'm sure you can all remember how important it is to train in a Qigong State of Mind. Here are some of the important points that we covered during the course.

Stand with your feet quite close together and parallel.

Check that you are standing upright. Feel where the weight is falling through your feet. If you feel the weight on your heels, you’re probably leaning back. Correct from the waist (not the ankles)

Spend some time enjoying your breathing, gently in through your nose and gently out through your mouth. Just enjoy your breathing as it is, without judging or trying to make it extra long, deep, fast or slow.

Smile from the Heart!
